We have a very client friendly contract. Here is how it works. A $1.000.00 deposit will give you a tentative start date of your choice, along with the custom blueprint of the structure and a materials list. In addition, I prepare a technical description much like the one at our website explaining the features of your structure and how they work. You will activate the contract with a check for fifty percent of the materials cost 45 days prior to your flexible start date. Upon delivery of all materials to your site, you would then pay the remaining fifty percent of materials. Our labor is in four equal progressive draws as outlined below:

1. When we complete the layout and marking for placement of material components.
2. Upon the completed installation of all poles and exterior foundation anchor system.
3. When the structure is complete and ready for the shade application.
4. When the structure is completed to your satisfaction as well as mine.

This contract has proven to be very beneficial to our clients. It allows for some flexibility on a start date and keeps the time slot secure without the commitment of excessive capital until it is needed. It has also been very helpful to us by allowing us to put our suppliers on notice of what volume we will need and approximately when we expect to order. On your end, the blueprint will help with irrigation plans, materials, and installation coordination. Overall it makes for a timely and efficient project completion date from start to finish.
